Availability and allowances

- Text tutoring
- Text tutoring is the core path. Your account, age and any required guardian-consent checks, and the live text service determine access.
- Live calls
- Calls require paid learner access, age and any required guardian-consent checks, and configured voice service. If voice is unavailable while your account is otherwise eligible, text tutoring still works.
- Lecture capture
- It appears in your learning space only when study services and lecture setup are ready. Recording also needs microphone permission; chat and video remain available if lecture capture is off.
After sign-in, the account menu’s Usage line shows account-specific daily, rolling-hourly or trial turns. When a daily allowance applies, its reset is shown in your local time; if usage cannot be checked, it says ‘Usage unavailable right now.’ Paid access has no daily tutor-turn cap, but rolling-hourly limits still apply. If an allowance stops a tutor turn, its question stays unsent in this browser session for a manual retry; nothing is sent automatically.

Does grademy cover every course?
No. Coverage varies by subject, level and exam board. grademy can also work from materials you upload, but check that your exact course is supported before relying on it for a syllabus.
Is this live human tutoring?
No. The learner plan is AI tutoring software, not a bundle of live sessions with a person. It is designed for frequent explanations, practice, marking and review between any human support you choose to use.
What happens at the end of the trial?
For an eligible new learner account, a card is required but the first 3 days cost £0. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge. Otherwise, the selected monthly or yearly price is charged and renews on that cadence until cancelled.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before a later renewal to avoid the next one.
Is the price different for teaching teams?
For 3 to 100 learners, teachers and tutors use the same per-learner monthly or yearly rate, with no separate teacher-workspace fee. Larger school rollouts need a separate conversation.
